Day One or One Day.

Privacy Notice
The following privacy notice approved by the Better Business Bureau discloses the privacy practices used by the writers, staff, and page hosts of flyingmonkeysdenied.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:
  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site and on our related official social media relay sites.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We INTENTIONALLY do not ask to collect names, address, or telephone information from our readers in order to protect their personal privacy.

We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We do not send anyone email or spam about things like when and if we post an article — understanding that safety of the reader takes ultimate priority. We do respond to requests for contract at a time when we have staff with personal and professional experience advising individuals who do write us for insight who have been through the same or similar issues.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Sometimes that means reading a letter or private message. Other times it means reading an inquiry in proper context that includes a review of any information related to the inquiring person to ensure comfort is given from a social and ministerial perspective to people who are victims of abuse — not folks seeking to recruit Flying Monkeys to assist them in meeting their “attention me” quota.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order… unless you insult our intelligence and community efforts ministering by sending us things like hatemail to bait, shame, provoke, or to bully.

People who send hatemail to us or who strive to undermine our team (or any target for that matter) will loving have their post, private message, comment left to troll our fan page(s), or to make threats are likely to find their cyberbullying act screen captured and posted in plain view of people like law enforcement and the general public.

Unless you ask us not to specifically, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about special events, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. However, with that stated — the first point of contact for any such notice will ALWAYS be using a social media website that allows readers who are living in abuse-free environments to sign up voluntarily to be sent social notices.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by unfollowing us on social media and never again visiting one of our pages or this webite. Do not ask us to block you from social media as doing so is likely to land your name on a hotlist for people like Homeland Security to be able to review for lawful purposes like analyzing internet troll account history using the back end of Twitter or Facebook Security.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your social media and email information is protected both online and offline by whatever sites are utilized as tech services.

Wherever sensitive information (such as credit card data) is released by a reader to purchase something from, to pay for services from, to sponsor boosted posts on social media, or to make a donation to assist with covering costs to keep this website available, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

We utilize PayPal for all monetary transactions between ourselves and any ministry clients or readers.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We do not allow comments on our website directly in order to avoid having access to that level of personal information about our readers; instead, we encourage everyone who visits our website to share our posts and page links on their own social media websites with comment toppers that indicate their own “expert” advise about things like their subjective analysis of material presented.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us via flyingmonkeysdenied@gmail.com.

Please note: this page is owned and operated by licensed MINISTERS. We keep our author and staff information private in order to protect the safety of our team while we strive to assist Abuse Recovery Advocates and victims stop making appeal to authority sources about whether or not anyone has or has not been impacted by trauma — regardless of whether or not someone who allegedly abused, harmed, or neglected a person finds “credibility” in the wholly subjective experiential report of a living, breathing, human being in crisis.
