Persuasion

Persuasion is a technique employed by ALL humans (narcissistic or not) in any conversational attempts to win “the heart and mind” of the acting agent’s audience or “target”. The act of persuasion, as a verb rather than a noun,  must induce attitude change, which entails affective (emotion-based) change.
